From there, we’ll check in regularly and adjust the pace as needed. Some people come for a few months, others stay longer depending on their goals and where they are in their healing journey. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing traumatic stress, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety.

My approach is flexible and centered around you. I believe you know yourself best, so therapy is guided by your goals, needs, and experiences. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to help you find strategies and solutions that feel right for your life.

Together, we can explore how early experiences, such as attachment wounds or childhood trauma, may have shaped your patterns and the way you relate to others.

I also incorporate practical approaches to support your growth and coping: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps manage thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides tools for improving your emotional regulation skills and improving relationships.
